Shipping Policy
Because each piece is handmade (and often custom), please allow 5-7 days for production before your order ships (excludes custom signs). Processing times may vary depending on the item and the season, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
A few things to keep in mind:

We are not responsible for delays once your package is with the carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to help if an issue comes up.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.
