Returns
Most of what we make is custom, which means it’s made just for you. Because of that, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. We always recommend double-checking details like spelling, colors, and sizing before placing your order.
That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, has a flaw, or if we made a mistake, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and share a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
For non-custom items (if we have them in stock), returns are welcome within 7 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll happily help with filing a claim if needed.
